A great statement necklace can take a casual look and step it up. I love the splash of color this braided yellow necklace from Target brought to my ensemble. Some classy shades (also from Target) and a pink lip added just the right touch for a walk in Memorial Park in Jacksonville's charming Riverside neighborhood. A side swept pony and stud earrings keep the look undone and effortless.
